Meet Your Senator:

Raised in Grove Hill, Marc is a lifelong native of southwest Alabama. He was a baseball player and Academic All-American at Lurleen B. Wallace Community College before going on to earn a business degree from the University of Alabama. In 2004, Marc graduated from the Cumberland School of Law. He then returned home to use his law degree to serve his community as a public defender,  a private attorney,  and an assistant district attorney for the First Judicial Circuit Court.
